return to os choices menu - delete or remove os
Right click 'my computer' and select properties.
Then select 'advanced' from the tab on the top followed by 'start up options'.
You can then remove the option for XP by simply unchecking the 'show list of operating systems for..' box (make sure 2000 is set as the default OS!).
