2ஜி ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் ஊழல் வழக்கில் மேலும் ஒரு திருப்பமாக, சிபிஐ குற்றப்பத்திரிகையில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள தமிழக முதல்வர் கருணாநிதி மகள் கனிமொழி உள்ளிட்ட 5 பேருக்கு விசாரணைக்கு நேரில் ஆஜராகுமாறு சம்மன் அனுப்பி உள்ளது.

கனிமொழி, கலைஞர் தொலைக்காட்சியை சேர்ந்த நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் சரத்குமார், சினியுக் பிலிம் நிறுவனத்தின் கரீம் மொரானி, ஆஸிப் பல்வா மற்றும் குஸேகாவ் ரியால்டி நிறுவனத்தின் ராஜீவ் பி அகர்வால் அகியோருக்கு இந்த சம்மன் அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதனிடையே 2ஜி வழக்கில் சிபிஐ தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள துணை குற்றப்பத்திரிகையில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ள கனிமொழி உள்ளிட்டவர்களை வருகிற 6 ஆம் தேதி நேரில் ஆஜராகுமாறு உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் ஏற்கனவே சம்மன் அனுப்பி இருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi's daughter and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP Kanimozhi in the 2G spectrum case.

ED has summoned Kanimozhi and four others in the 2G spectrum case, reports claimed.

She has been chargesheeted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the 2G case.

Kanimozhi has been charged with section 7 and 11 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The chargesheet said the investigation into the case disclosed that money had travelled from DB Realty to Kalaignar TV.

The supplementary chargesheet filed by the investigating agency has also named as co-accused Sharad Kumar of Kalaignar TV, Karim Morani of Cineyug Films, and Asif Balwa and Rajiv B.Agarwal of Kusegaon Realty.

The others, who have been arrested so far in connection with this case are former Telecom Minister A. Raja, his personal secretary RK Chandolia and former Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behuria.
